Post School Pathways

Planning Alternate Tomorrows with Hope (PATH)

Planning Alternate Tomorrows with Hope (PATH) is our post-school pathways process where we walk alongside families to ensure that all graduating students have the opportunity to engage in meaningful activity post school.

PATH is led by the Senior Teacher and Allied Health Lead in collaboration with the student and caregivers. A plan is developed to meet short and long term goals over a three year period.

The PATH plan supports students and caregivers to consider gifts, talents and dreams throughout the planning process. The PATH plan is regularly reviewed during the senior program with the Senior Teacher and Allied Health Lead providing guidance on timing to engage new experiences and opportunities inline with achieving set goals for the future.
